1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Vecturax ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the Vecturax website, platform, applications, and related services for listing, browsing, selling, and renting vehicles and accessories.
• "User," "You," "Your" refers to the individual or entity accessing or using the Service, including sellers, buyers, renters, and visitors.
• "Listing" refers to any advertisement or posting of a vehicle or accessory for sale or rent on the Service.
• "Content" refers to text, images, videos, data, and other materials uploaded, posted, or displayed on the Service.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Promptly notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches.
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, untrue, or incomplete, or if you violate these Terms.

4. User Obligations & Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post Listings that are false, misleading, fraudulent, or illegal.
• Infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, patent, etc.).
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate against others.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service or its servers/networks.
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

You are solely responsible for the Content you post and for your interactions with other users.

5. Listings and Transactions

Vecturax is a platform that connects buyers, sellers, and renters. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not buy, sell, or rent vehicles directly and are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of Listings. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any transaction. Listing fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Vecturax or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Content without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VECTURAX, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vecturax and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the updated terms on the Service. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
